New Owners Residence Opened at Fiordland Lodge in New Zealand.

Setting up residence in the Fiordland region of New Zealand, with the opening of the new Owners Residence at one of the country’s leading Luxury Lodges, Fiordland Lodge.

Experts at the specialist travel New Zealand In Depth have seen a rise in the number of owner’s residence and cottages available, delivering capacity and space that is perfect for families or groups travelling. “This new trend is offering a new yet traditional style of accommodation for those travelling to New Zealand where groups and families can now relax in a luxury ‘home-away-from-home’ environment during their stay,” adds Paul Carberry, founder of New Zealand In Depth.

The new Owners Residence offers privacy and comfort in the form of a four-bedroom log designed accommodation located on the lodge grounds, only 5 kilometres from the township of Te Anau.

Partnered with a private helipad and designed for lovers of the outdoors, the main house embraces 680 square meters of comfort, panoramic mountain and lake views with the perfect blend of timber, stone and rustic elegance.

The new Owners Residence at Fiordland Lodge can accommodate up to nine guests with plenty of space to socialise, unwind, dine and soak in the over-sized hot tub or enjoy the warmth from the two huge stone fireplaces.

“It has a deliberate home away from home feel, yet doesn’t scrimp on the luxury touches,” adds Paul Carberry from New Zealand In Depth. “As the new accommodation is also on the doorstep of the Fiordland National Park, you are surrounded by mountains, rivers and lakes – you even have three of New Zealand’s Great Walks starting within minutes of the Owners Residence.”

The new Owners Residence at Fiordland Lodge is recommended to combine with a 10-day New Zealand adventure with New Zealand In Depth (www.newzeland-indepth.co.uk) costing from £2,500 per person based on 6 people travelling together, excluding international flights. This includes 9 night’s accommodation including 3 nights at the Owners Residence at Fiordland Lodge, car hire and 5 nights at 2 other Luxury Lodges in New Zealand and an overnight on the Doubtful Sound.
