Pure Pods are quite literally a room with 360 ° views. The luxury eco-pods are made from heavy duty glass - on the roof and floor as well as the walls. At night you sleep with views of the Southern Cross and millions of other stars and during the day you are surrounded by wildlife and dramatic natural landscapes.

  • An Unforgettable Experience

PurePods allow you to experience the wonders of nature in total comfort.   Watch the rain fall on the roof, gaze at the Milky Way, pull the sliding doors back to hear the bird song and turn on the bio-fuel fire to keep you warm.   A stay in a PurePod is simply an unforgettable experience.   PurePods are set in 6 unique and secluded locations in both North and South islands.

  • Total Isolation

PurePods are designed to provide sustainable, minimalist luxury accommodation.   They are solar-powered, operating fully off the grid and are deliberately without a wi-fi connection. You can be assured of tranquility and a minimal carbon footprint.

PurePods was founded by Grant Ryan, a serial inventor. Half of the founding shareholding profits are going to Grant’s not-for-profit The Cacophony Project. This project is focused on helping to make New Zealand predator-free so we can bring back “The Cacophony” of bird song.
