Paul really does know New Zealand like the back of his hand having now spent more than six months of his life exploring every corner of the country. He formed the company back in 2003 when he decided that New Zealand bound travellers deserved to receive great personal service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for the country when planning their holiday. Best NZ experience? Being utterly humbled by Doubtful Sound.
Von combines a passion for travel, wildlife and the environment with a practical and academic background in conservation and ecology. She is our wilderness and wildlife expert in every sense! Best NZ experience? Finally finding that wild kiwi feeding on Stewart Island’s Mason Bay beach at gone midnight on a cold morning in May!
Kathryn is our office manager and she is the person who will put together your itinerary and travel documents. She keeps everything organised and makes everything tick!

Our New Zealand team is led by Jeremy Palmer with Rebecca Gill and Lucho Vizcarra.
Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience of New Zealand travel planning for UK and European travellers and is well known throughout the NZ tourism industry. He is also a true gastronome and the source of all our restaurant and wine tips!
Rebecca is our clients’ main point of contact on the ground in New Zealand and, as she is a perfectionist with superb attention to detail, she ensures that all arrangements run like clockwork.
Unlike Jeremy and Rebecca, Lucho is not a born and bred Kiwi having moved to New Zealand from Peru in 1986 but his passion for his adopted country has sent him far and wide throughout the country developing first hand knowledge of the very best that NZ has to offer.
