Kathryn and Paul
Paul has a passion and enthusiasm for New Zealand that has developed over the many months he has spent exploring the country over the last 10 years.
His expert knowledge of New Zealand, commitment to personal service and attention to detail allow him to create bespoke holiday itineraries full of special and unique travel experiences that consistently delight our clients.
Well travelled in the Asia Pacific region, Paul also has extensive knowledge of Australia and South East Asia.
Kathryn is currently working towards achieving the prestigious title of Kiwi Specialist through Tourism New Zealand. Already accomplished in the creation of special holidays, this award winning training programme will only enhance her knowledge further.
Lucho, Rebecca and Jeremy

Our New Zealand team is led by Jeremy Palmer, Rebecca Gill and Lucho Vizcarra.
Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience of New Zealand travel planning and is well known throughout the NZ tourism industry. In this time he has consistently worked closely with Europe and well knows the high standards of service expected by travellers from the UK.
Rebecca's early travel experience was gained in a number of front line positions in one of Auckland's top hotels and as a result she really understands the value of great client service. Rebecca is a perfectionist with superb attention to detail and ensures that all of our clients' arrangements on the ground run like clockwork.
Unlike Jeremy and Rebecca, Lucho is not a born and bred Kiwi having moved to New Zealand from Peru in 1986. His passion for his adopted country has sent him far and wide throughout New Zealand developing first hand knowledge of the very best that NZ has to offer.
