Rick and Tracy Ford and their children Will and Ellie had thought about relocating to New Zealand and asked us to arrange their initial reconnaissance trip.
The trip must have been a success because as soon as they returned home they asked us to book more flights to Auckland but one way this time!
They are now settled in Kaukapakapa near Auckland and still keep in regular contact to remind us how fabulous NZ is!
The service that New Zealand In Depth offered was brilliant. As first timers doing such a long flight with children we were a little apprehensive. They gave us so much good advice that made the whole trip run smoothly and it was a big relief to know the arrangements were in very capable hands.

When we arrived back in the UK we were straight on the phone to NZID to book our return flights. Although we now live here in NZ, we are still passing their details on to friends and family who are coming out to visit. Thanks again NZID!
