Wide open views
The lodge provides an enticing base for all who wish to explore this area of great natural beauty from the private beach, jetty or helipad. Guests can explore Lake Tarawera and bathe in the thermal waters of Hot water Beach aboard one of the three luxurious charter vessels at the lodge. Fishing dinghies are available for those in search of trophy sized rainbow trout.
From the lodge's helipad, helicopter trips can be arranged out to the spectacular White Island in the Bay of Plenty where you can trek across this active volcano guided by your pilot. Alternatively you could choose to take a flight to the summit of Mount Tarawera where you can enjoy a glass of champagne whilst enjoying the amazing views.
