Fletcher Lodge
Built by Sir James Fletcher in 1924 to serve as his private residence whilst he oversaw the construction of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition complex, this historic property was aptly named by its previous owners.

Opulent guestrooms
Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Dunedin, Fletcher Lodge provides luxury accommodation in an atmosphere of restrained elegance while providing the ultimate in contemporary comfort and modern facilities. The philosophy of your hosts is to offer the charm and personal attention of a bed and breakfast whilst extending the amenities associated with full service hotels.
Nestled in a secluded, established garden the lodge is conveniently located within minutes of many of the city's finest and most popular cafes and restaurants.

Grand bathroom in the Edinburgh Suite
The Lodge offers six beautifully appointed rooms which feature antique furniture and each reflects an area of Dunedin's wealth and heritage. All beds feature superbly comfortable mattresses, divine crisp cotton linen sheets and down duvets.
Breakfast is served each morning on fine china with silverware in the impressive Wedgwood Room and guests are welcome to relax at any time in the impressive, richly panelled Oak Room where on cooler evenings you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy a complimentary glass of port.
