The Dairy Private Luxury Hotel is just a minute's walk from the centre of cosmopolitan Queenstown and yet is a friendly and exclusive escape. Renowned for it's personal service, The Dairy was recently awarded top medium sized accommodation venue in Queenstown at the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.
The Dairy Hotel
The property was named after the corner store (called a "dairy" in New Zealand ) which was built in the 1920s. Today this is the breakfast room where delicious cooked breakfasts are served daily. The Dairy's afternoon teas are also very popular and these delicious home baked treats are served each day.
There are thirteen private bedrooms with silk cushions, rich mohair rugs and excusive bed and bath linen. Most rooms have super king sized beds and command wonderful views of the surrounding alpine scenery including the Remarkables mountain range.
Welcoming rooms
Guests are made to feel very much at home in the comfortable lounge with stylish, generous leather couches warmed by an open roaring fire - the perfect place to relax and unwind. The library has a host of books and games and is a quiet retreat for a moment's peace. Internet access is available on site as well as mountain bikes for guests to use during their stay. There is also an outdoor spa for reviving those aching muscles after an exciting day of sightseeing.
