The NZID service starts when you first contact our UK team and we begin to plan your holiday.
We start by simply asking questions so that we can get to know you, to understand the kind of experiences that you are looking for.
We then develop the first draft of a whole series of itineraries that we will progressively refine and hone until it is absolutely perfect and you are ready to travel.
